Terrain King Mid-Mounted Boom Mowers
We now sell Terrain King mid-mounted boom mowers at Townline Equipment. These mowers can only mount to Kubota tractors and are sold exclusively through select Kubota dealers. The boom mowers have been subjected to rigid testing procedures at Kubota and have been approved as a “Performance Matched” factory authorized implement. We expect our first mower to arrive in early October. Until then, we invite you to watch a few videos of the mowers in action.
With the change in seasons upon us, it's time to start thinking about how to prepare your equipment for the cold weather ahead. Below are some simple tips that can help keep your machine ready to perform:
This fall, change your fuel filters and add fuel conditioner to prevent cold weather from gelling your fuel lines and filters.
During the fall and winter months, it's helpful to keep your tank full of fuel at all times. This will help prevent condensation from forming in the tank and causing performance issues.
Check to see the last time a full service was performed on your machine. Whether you're servicing the machine yourself or having Townline do it, it's easier to have it done now so that you're prepared when the snow falls or when you take your tractor out of storage in the spring.
If you have a snow blower, when you get it ready to use, make sure to check the chain, fill the gearbox and check to see if you have enough shear bolts on hand.
For those of you who store your equipment during the winter months, purchasing and hooking up a battery trickle charger will ensure an easy start up next spring.
If you have questions, need parts or need service going into the fall and winter seasons, give us a call; we'd be happy to help.
