On behalf of my entire staff I welcome you to our website and, more importantly, to our family of patients. This website should serve as a resource for you as you consider both surgical as well as non-surgical treatment with us. My goal is to give you as much information as possible in your decision making process. After reviewing the material of interest here, don't hesitate to give our office a call or send us an e-mail if something is unclear or unanswered. If you would like, our staff will then set up a consultation for you with me to listen to your concerns, examine you and advise you as to the best course of treatment. I believe in seeing all patients myself rather than having you see a nurse or office person.
Dr. Bruce Topol was named a Top Doctor in the state by vote of New Hampshire doctors, as published in the April issue of New Hampshire Magazine. He
was named Top Plastic Surgeon in 2008 and 2006.
My staff and I are dedicated to total patient care. The single most important aspect of our office-one that patients routinely comment on-is our concern for you as a person and as a patient before during and after treatment. My approach is different than others. I personally follow all patients after treatment and change all dressings and remove all stitches myself. We work hard to be available to our patients at all times-not just during office hours. If there is a concern or problem, I will speak to you and if you need to be seen, I see you rather than have a nurse or staff member do this. We feel, and we have been told, that this level of personal care and commitment distinguishes our office and is the source of the reputation we have built in this state and surrounding region.
I pride myself on offering absolute state-of-the-art care and therefore continue to learn what is done around the world to bring these treatments here for you-only after I am certain the given treatment is safe and effective.
My philosophy then is to be dedicated to total patient care. I want to be available to you 24 hours a day seven days a week. It is a team effort here in our office to do all the "little things" to see to it that patient care is complete and safe. I am concerned that patients be treated with respect, compassion and honesty-just as I would have you treat me. Patient safety, optimal results and dedicated caring are our priorities.
