Explorations is our program created to assist young adults who are in the process of making important and challenging choices related to education and initial career options.
Coaching is provided for individuals who seek more meaningful work or wish to improve their effectiveness in the areas of leadership, conflict management, team-building, communication, planning, and decision-making.
Training services for organizations include strategic planning, communication skills training, custom climate surveys and team building, career management for employees, and retreat planning and facilitation.
