Last winter Papa Wheelies opened our new Cyclist Training Studio. It is a dedicated space fitted out with rubber floors, mirrors, sound system, and 20+ trainers.
This season we are holding a classes seven days a week. We have a dozen weekly classes plus a number of great training workshops scheduled.
BURN THE TURKEY THIS WEEK! This week, we will not have a Thursday night or Friday morning class due to Thanksgiving, but we will be running a Thanksgiving Thursday morning 6:30 a.m. class, so you can Burn the Turkey and feel good about your feast! We will also have a Wednesday night 6:00 p.m. class and all the other regularly scheduled classes. So join us early Thanksgiving morning to burn some calories so you don't feel bad about ingesting a hearty Thanksgiving meal.
Our winter training classes are different from traditional Health Club spin classes in a number of ways. In our classes you ride your own bike on a fluid trainer for the most realistic replication of riding your bike possible. Classes are structured as a progression, with coaching to help you get the most out of your winter training, so that you come into the spring season in the ideal cycling shape to meet your season-long goals!
