Nov. 29 is the public hearing date for four judicial nominations by Gov. Lynch. Nominated: Hon. Linda Dalianis as the next NH Supreme Court Chief Justice; Hon. Robert Lynn, now Chief Justice of Superior Court, to replace her on the Supreme Court.

Also nominated: Kris Spath and James Carroll for Concord and Laconia district court judgeships. Departing Chief Justice John T. Broderick, Jr. was named new dean and president of UNH School of Law. His last day at the court is Nov. 30.

Revised rules for SC Rule 53 require that attorneys who received a pink Certificate of Compliance form must have submitted the form by Nov. 1 (with credits completed) or face a $100 fine and referral to the Court for suspension.
