Subject: 2010 Fall and 2011 Winter Season
To the many new and returning guests who stayed with us this past summer season, we sincerely thank you for being a part of our best summer season since 2005. We were 95% occupied this past summer which speaks highly about the quality of our units.
Almost all comments were extremely positive but we did have two complaints about Unit #2. We immediately dealt with the noted problems and promptly rectified them.
We are now in winter mode and 75% rented as of the writing of this memo.
We will be mailing out our reservation requests for the 2011 season sometime in January 2011. As always, we encourage you to make your reservation as early as possible to insure that you get your favorite unit this coming summer season.
