J. Schwartz was founded in 1927 by Jacob Schwartz
J Schwartz Motor Transportation Inc., has been recycling Paper Products for over 75 years. Paper was brought in by horse and buggy, sorted into various grades, baled and then shipped to various paper mills for recycling into different paper products Expanded into the transportation business in the 50's. Then converted the transportation business into Storage Trailer Leasing in the 70's.
Homer Brewer started with J. Schwartz in 1940 peddling his bicycle from the West Side High after school. He eventually bought the company from the Schwartz's in 1980. Homer still runs the company today with his son David and continues on with the Schwartz values of honesty, customer service and commitments sealed with a hand shake.
J. Schwartz has a broad customer base handling recycling and storage needs for many N.H. communities and business.
