Organic Lawns for America is a small company with a big idea. The idea is based on the fact that we can make a difference by educating, and helping you choose a safe alternative to chemical, petroleum and pesticide based lawn care. Lawn care pesticides drift and track into homes where children are exposed on a daily basis. Lawn care pesticides are detected in our drinking water. Lawn care pesticides are toxic to birds and fish and have recently been proven to disrupt the pollination habits of bees . Science has proven that organic lawn care works just as well as chemical lawn care and the Mission of Organic Lawns for America is to simplify the approach. It is confusing to pick and choose what type of products to use, when to apply them and where to get them. We think that if we make it easy for the consumer to make the switch by educating them we can make a real difference.
