Anne Weston & Associates specializes in antiques and fine art appraisals for insurance, estate and gift tax purposes. The final product - a written appraisal report conforming to the standards set by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) - can be for a single object or a collection of items. The principal of the firm, Anne E. Weston, AAA, is a Certified Member of the Appraisers Association of America. She is recognized as a qualified appraiser by the Standards of the Internal Revenue Service (Publication 561(4/2007). Ms. Weston is USPAP (Uniform Stands of Professional Appraisal Practice) 2007, 2005 certified.

We also prepare Equitable Personal Property Division Appraisals. It is not unusual to require assistance when dividing or giving items to members of a family. From their gallery in London, this specialist has privately handled sales of very rare aviation objects.
