Shade & Lamp Repair

This home kitchen is commercial in nature and also falls into California's Title 24 energy rules making florescent lighting the integral source. High intensity island lighting through low-voltage pin-hole lights, florescent direct lighting behind the coffered ceiling, high intensity under cabinet lighting, area lighting and hood lighting add access to the success of this kitchen.

Construction challenges led to the lighting effects in this bedroom. The ceiling was constructed in such a manner that recessing any lighting products would be impossible. The lighting designer's choice was to add the small ceiling uplights into the header between the windows, linear strip uplighting in the top of the fireplace mantel to streak up the rock face, under hearth lighting and picture lights on the art. The decorative lighting joins in to make this bedroom glow with illumination.

This Traditional vanity area is dramatic as well as functional. With low-voltage accent and area lighting, decorative sconces and make-up table lamps create a warm and inviting environment.

This casual sitting room incorporates lamp light in conjunction with recessed low-voltage ceiling lights which accent the bookcases, art over fire place, sofa back table and interior plants. These aspects contribute a cozy feeling without detracting from the 9 foot ceiling heights.

The Focal point of this dining room is the custom made chandelier. Additional lighting incorporated is the recessed low-voltage accent lighting on the carved corner columns and interior china cabinet lighting. Also exterior eave lighting and snow scene lighting were added to the lower roofline.

This refined rustic style home was illuminated by the lighting designer's added cove details, which define the architectural ceilings, contribute volume to the space and give a warm feeling to this entry. In addition, area accent lighting is placed to illuminate the upper landing and the stairs for safety and aesthetics. Wall sconces were placed flanking the entry with an additional pendant fixture to add decoration to the greeting area. The painting is illuminated with a concealed optical projector from the high ceiling.

A glorious multi-dimensional garden paradise brought to life by in-pool lighting, silouette lighting of the trellis and path lighting.
